**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand tools.
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with their tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote efficiency and safety.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas as required for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
