POSITION TITLE: DESKSIDE SUPPORT ANALYST

**LOCATION**: Various Locations (Burnaby, Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg)

**OVERVIEW**:
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous experience supporting migration/rollout projects and providing post-migration support would be a great asset.
- Experience providing end user support throughout the entire rollout process.
- Experience documenting and maintaining accurate records of the migration project, including progress reports, user feedback, and troubleshooting steps.
- Experience utilizing device management tools, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Experience installing, configuring, and supporting network routers/switches/firewalls (Cisco, Meraki)
- Experience delivering User training sessions to familiarize employees with the new laptops and their features.
- Must be able to travel and provide on-site support at assigned locations.
- Excellent communication - written and verbal in English is required.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
- Education: active industry certifications, degree/diploma in networking/IT would be an asset.
