**Wilsons Mechanical is looking for a Skilled HVAC Apprentice**
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism, always
- Strong interpersonal skills, including a focus on the customer's experience
- The ability to work well with the team as well as autonomously
- A willingness to always put safety first
**Requirements**:
- Eligible to work as a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice in Nova Scotia.
The nature of this role may be physically demanding and require manual dexterity, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
**Compensation**:
This position earns $20-$40 per hour, depending on experience and level of apprenticeship.
- Minimum 8-hour per day guarantee.
- Minimum on site pay of 2-hours per service/maintenance call
- On-Call Standby pay of 6-hours.
- Apprenticeship training top-up pay.
- Monthly performance bonus.
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
