**Lexia Communications Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Field Sales Supervisor in Toronto, ON**
- **Must be Fluent in English**

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on technical sales and outside sales
- Excellent customer service skills with a strategic mindset for business development
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
