Florist Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Process orders and handle payments using a point of sale (POS) system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of orders
- Keep the shop clean and organized

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a floral environment or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Familiarity with retail sales and the ability to sell floral products effectively
- Experience with e-commerce platforms for online sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of orders
- Sales skills to promote additional products or services to customers

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
