Position Title: CAN - Business Analyst V

CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:
Degree/Certifications Required: Risk certifications
- Nice to have certs: CFA, BA related certs, PMP, Agile certs
Years of experience: 10 years
Reason for request/why opened: new initiative
% Interaction with Stakeholders: Very high level
- over 50 % of time
Project Scope: new initiative - hiring a new team within risk
Team Size: just the manager right now
- will increase to 7 more people.
Personality Style/Team Culture: Strong independent contributor - run and operate in meeting by themselves. Able to right to follow up, take the initiative and be strong members of the team. Opportunities to partner to technology and to get things done. Want to make sure they are independent as possible.
Selling Points of Position: Working proof of concept
- brand new build, work on something built from scratch, strengthening knowledge of US regulation and strategies. Great manager and team. Strong delivery team.
Experience liquidity
Cash flow projects
- experience with the FR- 2052A report - strong nice to have
Experience with Treasury or risk analyst role
Mix of having work with projects - could be a treasury analyst, combination of skill set
How will performance be measured: Deliverables

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
30% meetings
- collecting/ receiving requirements
40% working building requirements and putting artifacts and review with technology and clarification. Could action test plans.

2.) Liquidity risk/ Cash Flow projects - 5 years
3.) Requirement gathering
4.) Excel
5.) Postman
- dealing with and Familiar with API’s
