**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
When no Educational Assistants are available, Emergency Support Staff will provide clearly identified personal care, routine activities of living, and home management services by following care/service plans and established procedures to students. In addition, assists teachers with assorted activities in Kindergarten and other grade levels (as assigned).

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of Personal Services Worker Diploma, Autism Behavioral Sciences, Child and Youth Worker, Early Childhood Educator, Social Service Worker, Developmental Services Worker or one year related diploma.
- Knowledge and training or experience working with physically and mentally handicapped children and adults.
- Willingness and ability to work with teachers of special needs students in a regular classroom setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 0-35 per week

**Salary**: $20.92 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
