**POSITION: FULL TIME SALES ASSOCIATE**

**Position Summary**:

Your responsibilities will include providing personalized assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. As a full-time sales associate, your primary responsibility is to immerse yourself in all aspects of our business and dedicate yourself to growth and excellence in executing all tasks. You will be a vital support for our management team and a key player in ensuring the success of our day-to-day operations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Learning and Development:

- Foster a continuous learning mindset to understand all day-to-day operational tasks and initiatives.
- Coach and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Store Operations:

- Gain proficiency in the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Set a prime example by actively engaging with customers and promoting exceptional customer service.
- Effectively manage shifts to maintain store and customer service standards.
- Develop a strong understanding of the receiving process and receiving standards.

Team Leadership:

- Learn how to lead and guide the team effectively, fostering an environment that supports management
- Actively participate in employee training, mentoring, and skill enhancement

Property and Equipment Care:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of maintaining a safe and secure environment by overseeing the proper care and maintenance of company property and equipment within our stores

**General Requirements**:

- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for serving the community
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be capable of repeatedly lifting 25kg without restriction

**Company Overview**:
**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- Specialty store

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
