We are seeking a **Learning Facilitator/Trainer** to join our team in **Winnipeg or Toronto.**

**The Learning Facilitator**/**Trainer will**:

- Meet with front line staff and managers to assess the training needs for teams and evaluate the competency levels of individual trainees to work with different knowledge and skill levels.
- Train staff on products, workflows and systems.
- Facilitate instructor led and/or virtual learning solutions, prepare learning plans and material consistent with adult learning principles and provide a high-impact environment.
- Train and coach new hires on industry specific nuances for their groups.
- Evaluate the outcomes and measure effectiveness of training sessions, and maintain records of trainees’ progress and achievements.

**T**o be successful **as a **Learning Facilitator**/**Trainer **with People Corporation, you will need**:

- 5-7 years of experience in training facilitation.
- 3+ years of experience in the group benefits industry.
- **Bilingual in English & French (Written & Spoken) is required.**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
- Proficient in use of collaborative, web conferencing and video conferencing tools.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to present training programs and to influence trainees to use our tools effectively.
- Good interpersonal and observational skills to assess trainees’ understanding and progress and make any necessary adjustments to the program.
- Comfort in talking in front of a group as well as an individual.
**- Training certification is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in instructional design is an asset.
