**Sales Coordinator (Full Time) - St. Hubert, QC**

**Primary Purpose**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining an efficient and compliant sales process within the GSMs portfolio
- Ensure proper management of pricing actions
- Ensure proper management of customer PSAs
- End of day, week, and month reports and processes (Sales reports, SOX reports, open orders, work bench,etc)
- Develops and analyzes sales reports to guide GSM in decision making process
- Helps classify customers in the region to ensure they are properly managed
- Main ‘point of contact’ for digital sales tools, including CRM, customer retention tool, e-comm, etc.
- Provide assistance to the Territory Manager(s) for preparing quotations and coordinating Bids and Tenders

**Education**
- High school graduate or equivalent experience in an administration or customer service environment.

**Experience**
- A work history focusing on administration or customer satisfaction is a pre-requisite
- Strong analytical background is a pre-requisite
- Applicants preferred to have knowledge of the welding industry, process, etc.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a safety conscious team environment

**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**
- Proficient in a computer environment and proficient with digital tools including Power BI, CRM
- Mathematical ability required to calculate prices and gross margins
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
