Customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards are at the core of our business philosophy.

We are seeking a **person with experience in plumbing**to join our team. **No experience in sales is needed. Full training will be provided.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and outstanding customer service.
- Efficiently manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Focus on customer retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the membership department to introduce various membership plans for plumbing and HVAC services.
- Conduct negotiations and successfully close deals with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to drive business development initiatives.
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Familiarity with technology sales and outside sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
