Professional Head Bread Baker

SanRemo Bakery is an Italian bakery in South Etobicoke, open since 1969. We've served the GTA for 50 years and are well-known for the quality of our products. We use traditional European methods and are one of the only scratch bakeries in the GTA today. As we continue to grow, we would like a skilled baker to grow with us as well.
**Dates & Times**:Monday to Saturday, 4-5am start, 45-55 hours per week.
**Tasks**:The baker will work in a team of approximately 4 other people with the head baker, the owner.
The baker will complete tasks that include, but are not limited to: making dough, making bread, baking, assisting the rest of the team where needed.
**Requirements**:Must have prior experience in a similar setting as a baker. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work standing for the duration of the shift.
**Wage**:SanRemo offers a competitive wage that will be dependent on your experience.
**Note**:This is a permanent, long-term position. The baker must be able to get to the bakery in the early morning without relying on public transit.
