**The Position - Health and Safety Lead - Head Office Based**

We are looking for an individual who can organize and manage the activities that support the delivery of our services all through the value network, from onboarding employees, to document management and ownership of the HSE program, and daily auditing of field digital safety forms. She/He will be embedded in all the processes making up our Organizational system and completely empowered to act in them. She/He will be an integral part of the delivery of the service in a non-hierarchical, network like way.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Oversee the HSE program as a whole, including document management and updates to program
- Manage the HSE program and processes and continually improve them in order to achieve an engaged and responsive work force and management team
- Stay up to date on employment standards and guidelines on both the provincial and federal level
- Daily audits of digital safety forms and processes
- Ensure COR compliance and complete internal audits
- Tracking and managing hours worked and incidents
- Management of workers compensation program
- Participating in job kick off process
- Visit job sites when required
- General administration support when required

**Role Requirements**
- Post-secondary degree, Technical diploma or journeyman certificate
- NCSO Certification required, with a degree/diploma in OH&S and pursuit of CRSP an asset
- High level proficiency in Microsoft products, Procore, Site Docs and google classroom platform
- 3+ years working in a fast-paced organization
- 3+ years HSE experience
- Individual who strives in a growing organization where things change rapidly
- Detail orientated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have and maintain a valid provincial driver’s license and clean drivers abstract

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
