Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day shop operations and support technicians
- Perform advanced diagnostics, including electronic systems and mechanical repairs
- Ensure high-quality service and repair standards are met
- Work closely with Service Advisors and customers in a professional manner
- Assist with warranty documentation and dealer compliance
- Support onboarding and mentoring of team members

Qualification:

- Journeyperson Automotive Technician Certificate (mandatory)
- Or Red Seal Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience
- Strong Electronic systems and engine diagnostic skills
- Proficiency with computers and ability to adapt to billing software
- Dealer Experience and warranty processing knowledge is a major asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving record
- Own set of personal tools
- Ability to work 40 - 48 hours per week, including a rotating Saturday Shift
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
