Spare is scaling and we are looking for a **Transit Operations Manager** to join our Partner Success Team

About this Role ✨*
As a* Transit Operations Manager* you will..
- Manage our fleet partner relationships in each market to ensure contractual compliance;
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our brokered services to ensure positive rider and client experiences;
- Handle escalated operational issues with drivers, vehicles, and dispatchers and ensure quick resolutions;
- Develop and refine operational fleet and trip management procedures to enable scalability of brokered fleets model;
- Manage our call centre and support partner relationships and build efficient processes to enable great customer experiences;
- Understand our suite of products and fleet operations from a technical and strategic perspective;
- Monitor service and partner KPIs to ensure compliance with service level agreements and high customer satisfaction;
- Deliver insights to customers so that they achieve success;
- Help manage the deployment of new fleet operations for new projects to ensure a smooth launch;
- Ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers, identify pain points, propose solutions, and advocate for customers with the Product Team;
- Support the sales team in identifying partners for future projects and develop adequate personnel requirements;
- Travel to meet clients for new contract launches and/or progress report check ins.
**About You ✨**
- Experience working in a Project Management or supervisory role for a Public Transportation company;
- You’re all about process improvement - always looking for a better way to do something, and creating SOPs for these new processes;
- Experience implementing a world-class onboarding experience, whether that is in a Customer Success, Implementation, or Project Management role;
- You are extremely technically savvy and pick up on technology quickly - you could have an Engineering degree, you could have an Arts degree, but when someone needs help troubleshooting a technical problem, they come to you;
- Analytical approach, good at breaking down problems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.*
