**Introduction**

This position reports into our logistics department and directly to the Logistics Supervisor. As the PO Entry and WS Processing Associate, you will be responsible for handling all PO entry related tasks as well as shipping out wholesale product.

As well as operating a business-to-business enterprise, offering toll processing and contract manufacturing serviced to Licensed Producers (LP’s) and 3rd Party Brands. **Position Overview**
- Inputs all incoming purchase orders into order management tool/D365.
- Works closely with the Shipping coordinator and planning team for accurate ship dates
- Works closely with operations and brands to pull wholesale purchase orders to prepare shipments
- Updates and inputs all PO information into order management (excel or D365)
- Booking appointments with customer locations for product delivery
- Add tracking information and dates to PO’s
- Manage wholesale PO orders
- Prep and ship all wholesale shipments to customers
- Update inventory as required
- Work closely with all departments on logistics activities
- Actively participate and engage in continuous improvement strategies and cost reduction initiatives
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Post Secondary Education in related field
- 2- 5 years related work experience in a data entry role
- ERP/MRP experience an asset
- Experience with Data analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication/documentation skills
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and schedule priorities
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent interpersonal, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Superior organizational skills and planning skills

This role is performed on site at our **production facility in Aylmer, Ontario** and Motif provides all required PPE and has continued all safety protocols: a well-fitted mask must be worn at all times while indoors and staff are to remain 2M+ apart.

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per year
