**About the Role**:
Crystal WashCare is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Window and Gutter Cleaners. As a vital member of our crew, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our clients' homes by expertly cleaning windows and gutters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform window cleaning duties using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to ensure streak-free and sparkling results.
- Work safely and efficiently at heights while on ladders or elevated platforms to access windows and gutters.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in window cleaning or related field preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders; fear of heights is not preferred.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

**Shift Options**:

- Sunday to Tuesday
- Wednesday to Saturday

**Benefits**:
