**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management and client review.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft situations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting client representatives and addressing their inquiries in a friendly manner.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operation is advantageous with alarm system experience.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
