Vehicle Porter

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently transporting vehicles, parts and supplies to and from the dealership’s main location to the 2 satellite service locations
- Shuffling service customer cars in the parking lot, ensuring we are utilizing every parking space available
- Transporting vehicles offsite to various third-party vendors, for detail, windshields, body shops etc.
- Ensuring proper paperwork and parts are being transported with the correct vehicle
- Maintaining a clean property that is organized and professionally displayed at all times
- Providing backup to our shuttle drivers by assisting in the pickup and drop off of service customers
- Inspects vehicles prior to driving and reports all existing and new damage or malfunctioning of vehicles on display to management
- Handle and drive all cars safely to their location and abiding by all road laws
- Assisting with the Service Department including pulling customer tires, and ensuring they are in the vehicle to be installed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous dealership experience considered an asset
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Demonstrates a mature level of responsibility
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs is required
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse work environment
