Furthermore, Deer Creek Golf & Banquet Facility is the only facility in all of Ontario to host full-service golf tournaments for up to 400 players.

We are currently recruiting for **Chef de Partie** to join our Kitchen team. A successful chef de partie must be very knowledgeable about his or her specialty, as well as culinary functions in general. A person in this role must also be very organized and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. A chef de partie must also be able to give orders within their section, as well as reliably carry out orders handed down to them by the sous chef or head chef. A chef de parties’ primary role is to oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in a restaurant.

Duration of Assignment - Contract for 4 months

**Responsibilities**:

- Food Production and Presentation
- Prepares food as needed.
- Follows all production recipes to ensure consistent quality.
- Adheres to all quality standards for food quality and presentation.
- Ensures maintenance of cooking equipment.
- Sanitation
- Maintains a sanitary and safe kitchen/storage environment.
- Adheres to the established HACCP plan.
- Serves as a role model for other employees through teamwork, attention to detail & quality control.
- Interactions with all team members.
- Ensures guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of culinary school
- 3 - 4 years kitchen experience
- Banqueting experience preferred
