**Position Overview**:
This position is a full-time position that will focus on producing the highest quality, and highest yielding crop possible. The individual will report to the greenhouse owner and grower to co-create and develop strategies for optimal plant growth.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Help create, and develop a successful greenhouse, including pest-management programs, harvesting, control systems, and equipment
- Contribute to research efforts and greenhouse-innovation activities
- Manage test plot varieties
- Make minor adjustments and repairs to greenhouse control systems

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of plant growth and strategies for optimal pepper production
- Knowledge of irrigation, boiler, and climate systems
- Ability to work under pressure to ensure crop health is maintained
- Adaptability
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Education & Experience**:

- A University Degree or College Diploma in Agriculture
- 1-3 years experience working with greenhouse crops
