Exciting Career Opportunity for a **Digital Operations Lead**:
Join our dynamic team as a Digital Operations Lead and play a pivotal role in our Business Unit North America's digital transformation journey. You'll be at the forefront, integrating digital technologies into our core operations and internal functions to optimize business processes and drive innovation. Collaborating closely with the Digital Experience team and other internal stakeholders across Canada, USA, and NL, you will lead the transition to a digitally enabled environment, while engaging with the digital community to stay ahead of industry trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the co-creation of the digital transformation strategy to support our Business Optimization pillar and execute initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with IT and internal teams in Operations, Quality, HSE, HR and Finance to implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with the Digital Experience team on those business optimization projects that touches customer interfacing.
- Manage the portfolio of digital Business Optimization projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Analyze data and system performance to identify areas for improvement, innovation and return on investment.
- Develop and maintain digital operation standards and best practices.
- Train and mentor team members on new digital tools and technologies - fostering a culture of increased digital literacy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in digital manufacturing.

**Preferred Hiring Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in a digital operations role, preferred in manufacturing.
- Proficient in people and time management, with a strong leadership skills.
- Change management training; certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge in project management with certification being advantageous.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and digital technologies such as IoT, AI, and robotics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership in cross-functional management structures.
- Successful track record in shaping organizational culture.
- Curiosity and awareness of emerging digital trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cross-cultural adaptability.
- Preferred industry background in technology, manufacturing, and strategic business growth
- English is required; French is an asset.
