**Overview**
Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Sherwood Park office is recruiting for a supervisor to join the team. This position reports to the Manager, Asset Information in the Technical Service Unit (TBU), part of Pembina’s Corporate Service. The Supervisor, Operational Data Assurance is responsible for coordinating a team of Master Data Analysts and Engineers to consistently manage and develop the operational systems standards and master data needed to optimize the Corporation’s assets. This person will use their rounded experience and knowledge of SAP PM, FI, SCM and Operations to support the business need for consistent reliable data. This will minimize commercial risk, enhance competitive advantage.

**Summary of Responsibilities**
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Business and Operations
- Steward the development and maintenance of all standards, procedures and guidelines pertaining to the master data and system configuration of the SAP PM module;
- Collaborate with the Integrator Lead for master data governance to ensure system configuration and master data is created and maintained consistently;
- Approve all GRC requests for access to the PM and mobility module and complete quarterly audit required for SOX compliance;
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Pembina’s operational systems;
- Review, coordinate testing and approve/reject all IT SAP tickets for the PM module and mobility tool;
- Participate and lead projects affecting SAP PM or data governance;
- Directly supervise, manage, coordinate and support all PMM data implementations;
- Assign resources, compile estimates, monitor plan vs. actuals;
- Source and analyze data sources, develop of additional governance as required;
- Validate asset builds and sign off PITRs upon completion;
- Actively manage the continual improvement of the PMM database through Master Data and Planning Data requests;
- Approve, triage and assign tasks/responsibilities for Z4 notifications;
- Directly supervise assigned MDM analysts or coordinate support of analysts working indirectly;
- Indirectly supervise and coordinate MDM activity executed by Senior Field Planners and Field PMM;
- Specialists with MDM roles;
- Analyze and oversee use of the PMM data structure by Field Planners;
- Directly supervise, coordinate and develop the PMM Technical Change Committee, its processes and efforts for continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with Manager, Ops Syst Implementations and their team to support with the technical attributes required for proposed processes and maintenance activities;
- Participate and lead solution design to meet identified business requirements;
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support Pembina’s vision for Operational Excellence by working with internal stakeholders;
- Actively participate in peer groups, workshops, training and development and cross functional meetings and collaborate with the team to share lessons learned, best practices and problem solve issues and opportunities as they arise;

- Provide leadership and guidance contributing to the development of a culture of innovation and change;
- Managing and developing all direct reports ensuring timely feedback and guidance;
- Administering an effective performance planning and feedback system. This includes ensuring goal alignment and creating accountability with respect to corporate strategies and performance measures;
- Maintaining a succession plan for key supervisory positions;
- Ensuring that career development plans are developed and maintained for high potential employees;

Financial
- Ensuring that costs are within scope are maintained within budget (labor costs, material costs, training related costs, etc.);

**Qualifications**
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Maintenance & Repair;
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14224;
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience;
- Aptitude for overall business acumen;
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with an appetite for continuous development;
- Strong critical thinking with proven ability to analyze processes, identify problems and present solutions;
- Ability to work in a fast paced, complex organization on multiple strategic initiatives with a clear focus on execution and results;
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building (internal and external);
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills, customer service focus and assertiveness to ensure business requirements are met; and
- Previous field-based work environment an asset.
