**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Head Server will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations within the dining area. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

**Duties**
- Lead and coordinate the serving team to ensure efficient service during meal periods.
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing information about specials.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Assist with training new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and proper food preparation techniques.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members effectively.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
