**Development Director**

**We are looking for a Development Director to oversee the entire software development cycle of our SaaS solution.**
- As a key member of the Dreeven team, your main goal will be to ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency in the deliveries of the development and product teams.

**Your mission**
- Optimize development processes and implement an agile structure to promote progressive and regular releases.
- In close collaboration with the development and product teams, you will be responsible for:

- Defining and supporting the product development vision in partnership with the CTO, product managers, and internal stakeholders
- Optimizing tools and methods (Stage Gate, agile development, CI/CD, quality management, etc.) to ensure solution efficiency and scalability
- Identifying and eliminating obstacles impacting productivity and code quality
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring effective resource management to meet deadlines
- Analyzing risks and proposing action plans to address development issues
- Establishing performance indicators to measure deliverable quality and efficiency
- Leading resources dedicated to implementing enhanced AI-powered features
- Proposing continuous improvements to development processes, tools, and engineering practices
- Staying up to date with technological trends and market best practices to keep the company competitive

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +10) in computer science or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in software development management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Expertise in managing technical teams and structuring development processes
- Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Zoho, etc.)
- Proficiency in data architecture and cloud hosting networks
- Inspiring leadership, capable of uniting a team around common objectives
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve complex problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders
