**Yard**:

- Manage materials & equipment delivery, store and appropriately document
- Organize materials equipment and storage containers
- Generally, maintain/supervise the road and yard area (grass cutting, pot holes, fence repairs, snow removal)
- Property manage 800 & 880 Farewell St. buildings

**Warehouse**:

- Manage tools. Clean, number, purchase on-site requests
- Clean and organize materials and store in warehouses
- Site deliveries, store, move, deliver when needed

**Office Management/Support**:

- Support office staff with internal requests
- Support office events
- Maintain numerous office items and equipment

**Site Support**:

- Deliver items to job sites all over Ontario, as requested by site supervisor
- Keep accurate travel logs
- Keep up to date with safeties and licensing on trucks and trailers
- Ensure loads are safe for travel
- Be able to drive long distances daily
- Support sites at all times of the day

**Other**:

- Other duties as required/assigned
- Must be available to work on-call

**Physical Requirements**:

- Manual lifting will be required
- Long periods of driving

**Qualifications**:

- Educational background in construction
- A Restricted License
- Forklift License
- G Driver’s License
- Strong organizational and spreadsheet management a must (i.e. strong in excel)
- Experience in transportation
- Experience with power tools
- Experience with equipment
- Be able to work with many people
- Flexibility with constant change to schedule
- 1-5 years’ experience in Construction/Manufacturing industries preferred
- Proven problem solver with sound judgment who accepts ownership and accountability
