**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Manage classroom activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
- Utilize time management skills to balance teaching responsibilities with administrative tasks.
- Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or working persons with disabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to parents regularly.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
- Lead classroom discussions and activities that encourage participation and engagement among students.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
- Must be classified as Level 1, 2 or 3.
- Experience in childcare or teaching young children is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills to guide students effectively in their learning journey.
- Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively with parents and staff members.
- Familiarity with educational practices for children with special needs is a plus.
- A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development and education.

Pay: $24.06-$30.24 per hour
