Do you have experience on the dynamic world of advertising, finance, or client support? we're on the hunt for a Senior Reconciliation Analyst with 5 years experience to join our Applications Services team. If you're passionate about helping clients in the e-commerce, i-gaming, and wholesale manufacturing sectors succeed, then we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and analyze daily Accounts Payable ledger for various accounts.
- Experience performing cashflow on a daily basis
- Ensure that all accounts are reconciled accurately, efficiently and on a timely basis.
- Participate in projects relating to the enhancement of reconciliation capabilities / processes for all monthly intragroup reconciliations
- Experience leading coordination and communication of reconciliation results
- Complete reconciliations through Reconciliation system
- Priority focus given to outstanding reconciliation items across various risk categories ensuring the case files are created and maintained with relevant and up to date information
- Participate in reviewing financial statements, ledgers and other records to identify discrepancies
- Manage and collect payments from clients
- Must have experience in creating invoices, issuing payment reminders and following up with clients who are behind on payments
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient technical skills in MS Excel
- Need to have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to identify errors and discrepancies in financial records and suggest corrective action.
- Need to be detail oriented and able to work independently
- Ability to manage high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work with high degree of accuracy and integrity
- Can effectively communicate with upper level management and external customers in both a written and verbal manner
- Multi-Currency experience a plus
**Must have**:
- CPA designation
We are located in Sabana Sur ( San Jose, Costa Rica )
This is a Monday - Friday position with hours of business operating during the day.
**Salary**: Up to $2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
