We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented star to join our team as our **Graphic Design Co-op**.

**Position Summary/Objective**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visual social presentations for advertising, social communities, and brand websites based on direction provided by brand team
- Create engaging visual content, including infographics, memes, GIFs, reels, and other visual assets
- Collaborate with Brand Manager to ensure that all content is consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
- Maintain social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), websites, and online communities
- Research industry trends and best practices to determine the most effective ways to reach desired audiences

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Current college junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design with a major or specialization, either at a college or an art institute.
- Minimum commitment of 5 days per week.
- Good communication skills. Use visual and written language effectively
- Creativity and graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience working with social media and websites.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Be able to produce original ideas.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Self-starter individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working in a start-up-like work environment.
- Demonstrates solid strategic, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Creative eye and copywriting.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, possessing the ability to deliver on deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and collaborate. Team player.
- Strong communication skills and an ownership mentality.
- Excellent planning, multitasking and time management skills, is comfortable with ambiguity and is adaptable and agile to change.
- Embraces, demonstrates, and upholds values of teamwork, humility, respect, ownership, adaptability, passion, and fun.
