This is a **seasonal position**, with the **potential for full-time permanent employment**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and other machinery on residential and commercial job sites
- Assist with manual labour tasks including site cleanup, material handling, digging, and grading
- Support crews in site prep, demolition, landscaping, and foundation work
- Conduct daily equipment checks and ensure all machinery is operated safely and responsibly
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a team-first environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction and equipment operation
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 or air brake endorsement is an asset)
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong understanding of site safety and willingness to follow safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Assets:

- WHMIS, First Aid, or HEO certification
- Experience in excavation, concrete, or drainage work
