**Key Accountabilities**:

- System Optimization & Integration: Assist in software selection, deployment, and system integrations to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining interoperability.
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and document software configurations, process flows, and setup procedures.
- Vendor & Project Coordination: Liaise with third-party software providers, lead or support projects, and conduct basic business analysis to ensure seamless technology solutions.
- Continuous Innovation & Security: Stay updated on industry trends, cybersecurity best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure system reliability and future-ready solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, SQL, O365, network security, virtualization, cloud services, and ERP systems. Experience with system integrations and software deployments.
- Software & Tools: Expertise in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, PowerApps, Teams), SQL scripting, report generation, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, customer service, communication, and project management skills. Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
