**Job Title: Junior Home Stager (Per Project Basis)**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and driven **Junior Home Stager** to join our real estate team on a **per project basis**. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in the staging or interior design field who is looking to build their portfolio while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with a realtor to prepare residential listings for sale through effective staging and design.
- Source and shop for cost-effective and stylish furniture, décor, and accessories that suit each property’s target market.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute staging layouts that enhance the appeal and marketability of each home.
- Assist in setup and teardown of staging materials as needed.
- Ensure all staging is completed within timelines and budgets agreed upon per project.
- Maintain communication and updates throughout the process with the realtor.

**Qualifications**:

- A keen eye for design, color, layout, and space planning.
- A passion for real estate, home décor, and creating inviting living spaces.
- Some experience (formal or informal) with interior design, home staging, or related field is an asset, but not required.
- Must be resourceful, organized, and comfortable shopping for furnishings from various vendors.
- Access to a vehicle for sourcing or transporting items (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

**Compensation**:

- Paid on a per-project basis, with compensation to be discussed based on project scope.
