**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Effectively interact with technicians and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations within the dealership.
- Prepare accurate Repair Order (RO) ensuring all important information such as customer details, vehicle identification, service requirements, costs, and repair time are properly recorded.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair and maintenance services including costs and completion time.
- Process and maintain accurate documentation of invoices, service appointments, repair orders, warranty claims, and customer service agreements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to execute repairs and other maintenance tasks, as well as to ensure availability of needed inventory for automotive service work.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for sourcing parts, scheduling services, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles/parts/materials.
- Collaborate with customer facing service advisors to address customer needs, issues, and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the work assigned are adhering to policies on vehicle care and maintaining to the dealership standards.
- Ensure regular updates are made to relevant advisors/managers) about service priorities, repair progress, and scheduling changes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Must have a minimum of 2 years Internal Service Advising experience in a dealership environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Good understanding of the brand, maintenance and aftermarket warranty requirements.
- Must be technical proficient in preparing accurate Repair Order's (RO) and maintenance estimate.
- Must be computer literate with an ability to use a variety of programs and be a fast learner.
- You have a growth mindset and are continuously innovating and developing your skills.
