Mercer’s Investment Team is seeking a **Winter 2025 Co-O**p for our **Toronto** office.

**What Can You Expect?**

As an Analyst Co-Op in the Wealth practice, you will work with a broad range of clients and industries in a stimulating environment, participating as an integral member of project teams to design programs that support clients’ success. You also can expect to:

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis utilizing Mercer proprietary tools
- Produce quarterly performance reports for our clients
- Critically analyze different investment markets, managers' investment styles, and portfolio characteristics, and evaluate their impact on investment performance each quarter
- Communicate with investment managers, record keepers and custodians to gather and/or clarify client-specific data for reporting
- Play an important role in investment manager searches, asset allocation studies, and other ad-hoc investment-related projects
- Support consultants in servicing existing clients and prospects
- Demonstrate ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels

**What You Need To Have?**
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Excel
- Experience in data analysis and presentation design
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail

**What Makes You Stand Out?**
- Completion of two (2) years towards a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Administration or a related field when internship begins
- Previous work-related experience obtained during internships or co-op work terms
