**Job Summary**:
Customer service and communication skills are key since you’ll be the glue that binds all interested parties, from clients to mortgage brokers, to underwriters and all involved in the mortgage transaction.

Position Requirements:

- Proven experience in mortgage financing or a similar position.
- Understanding of mortgage processing and lending
- Strong analytical and time management skills and superior attention to detail
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized and able to handle pressure

Essential Job Functions:

- Gather and evaluate client’s financial information including credit reports, employment history, assets, debts and expenses
- Order property documentation such as appraisals, title searches, property tax records etc to help process mortgage files
- Act as a liaison between clients, our mortgage brokers, real estate agents, lenders, lawyers, appraisers etc
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for each client’s mortgage documents, such as employment verification, tax forms, bank statements, property information etc
- Provide exceptional service to all clients and treat each one like a VIP Providing the best service every step of the way; service they will rave about

**Salary**: Dependent on experience; please submit income expectations

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
