We’re currently seeking a **reliable and motivated Delivery Driver** to join our team. This dynamic role supports both **vape/tobacco** and **cannabis retail operations** and may include **keyholder responsibilities**. You’ll ensure timely deliveries, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with all provincial regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely deliver products to customers while maintaining accurate delivery and inventory records.

- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge for vape, tobacco, and cannabis.

- Handle age verification, cash, POS transactions, and basic administrative tasks.

- Support daily operations, including store opening/closing when assigned as keyholder.

- Maintain store cleanliness, participate in compliance audits, and assist the retail team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be **19 years of age or older**.

- **Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence** and clean driving record.

- Current **CannSell** and **Smart Serve** certifications (required).

- Minimum **1 year of retail or customer service experience**, ideally in a regulated industry.

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must successfully pass a **criminal background check** (AGCO requirement).

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).

- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and delivery environment.

**Hours of Work**:

- **Part-Time**: 0-31 hours/week

- **Full-Time**: 32-44 hours/week

- Store operating hours**:7 days/week, 9:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.**
(Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.)
