**TYCROP **is looking for a **Technical Writer** to join our team in the Fraser Valley (we also have locations in Calgary and Texas)

**Responsibilities**:

- Creation and maintenance of customer product documentation including; Operator’s Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Serial Number Tracking documentation, and Spare Parts List
- Work with multiple departments to establish style and content
- Provision of engineering support to any relevant stakeholder
- Consistent usage of technical writing standards and documentation of best practices and experiential learning
- Management and continuous improvement of work instructions and other forms of technical instruction
- Works with mínimal or no supervision and is comfortable with virtual collaboration tools
- Approaches teamwork with a partnership mindset.
- Practice safe work procedures at all times
- Conduct additional tasks as requested

**Education and Experience**:

- Completion of a college/ university program in a related field
- 2 years+ Technical writing experience
