We are looking for a Manager Trainee who wants to learn in an environment where you have direct access to the business’s owners. Have great ideas? We love to hear them

**You’ll learn how to and be responsible for the following**:

- Provide leadership to ensure that employees are motivated and engaged to provide an exceptional customer experience and achieve results
- Create and execute ideas to drive traffic and create a “wine experience” for Retail and In-Store Winemaking customers
- Following Wine Sense’s customer service program, consistently and effectively recommend the proper selection of wine to meet our customers’ needs
- Execute on-shelf merchandising and promotional programming as required
- Ensure that appropriate inventory levels are maintained to meet sales needs - ongoing, promos, events
- Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and presentation
- Learn to and help with winemaking in our wineries when necessary

The job is physically demanding but it sure is fun Hey, you’re selling wine and assisting people when they come in to bottle it

**What helps you get Hired?**
- Must be 18 years or older
- A love for wine
- Retail experience
- Computer-friendly
- Leadership experience

**Salary**: From $16.30 per hour
