With our growth we are looking to hire a Full time Dispatcher to our team

**Requirements**:

- Experience in heavy hauling/oilfield and gas industry is a requirement.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and incoming client requests.
- Ability to multi-task with multiple interruptions.
- Current knowledge of DOT regulations, and the permitting process.
- Knowledge of heavy trucks, pickers/cranes, and piloting vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer all incoming calls from clients and drivers.
- Schedule / coordinate / prioritize appropriate personnel and equipment for client requests.
- Coordinating with the Permit company to obtain required permits
- Coordinate with drivers with Hours-of-Service regulations and familiarity with the function of ELDs
- Coordinating with the appropriate paperwork (BOLs, manifests, invoices, employee timesheets)
- Monitor our GPS system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
