**Job Opportunity**:Sales Associate at Avenue One

Join our team Avenue One is currently seeking a Sales Associate for our downtown store. We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Provide outstanding service to customers, assisting with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the store is impeccably clean and organized, creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
- **CRM Utilization**: Use CRM systems to input and manage customer leads, contributing to the growth of our client base.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall success of Avenue One.

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual skills in English and another language is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using technology for sales transactions and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to upsell and promote products to customers
- Must be able to work 21 hours a week, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 10 am to 5 pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
