Hamilton, Canada Shamrock Property Management Full time

We are seeking a superintendent couple for a live-in position in a low rise apartment building complex, containing 43 units.

The 2 buildings are located near Central Public School in Hamilton

Must be physically fit as this is a 3 story walk up with lot of sidewalk to maintain in the winter time

Non-smokers only.

Duties Include:

- building maintenance and overall cleanliness of premises
- general duties associated with day to day operations of the buildings
- interacting with tenants
- answer general inquires about building operation
- show apartments to prospective tenants
- snow removal and lawn/hedge trimming

Qualifications:

- ability to perform small repairs, handyman experience (plumbing,drywall,etc)
- follow proper health and safety policies and procedures
- mechanically skilled
- personable
- problem solving skills
- native proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- must have great to excellent credit rating

Compensation:

- Two bedroom apartment + parking
- $1000/m

Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
