The FOH Key Lead is responsible opening and closing the store and for ensuring an intentional customer experience. It is Another step in progressing your retail career towards more senior roles. As a member of the retail management team, you support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving results. You are part of a new lifestyle brand and are committed to sharing its core values with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the store as scheduled
- Lead by example and deliver exceptional, intentional customer service
- Ensure the store meets and adheres to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
- Build and cultivate lasting customer relationships and enable all staff members to do the same
- Oversee, delegate tasks, assist, and advise educators in FOH
- Keeping FOH and vestibule clean and tidy and accessories stocked
- Executing any visual merchandising programs and planograms communicated by the SM or Visual Merchandiser
- Demonstrate strong time management and organization skills to keep priorities in focus
- Enforce all company policies and programs, ensuring compliance
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial, and municipal legislation
- Complete other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years retail experience
- Resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented
- Ability to work, plan, prioritize and organize
- A leader with a proven ability to train others and retain talent
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- You are passionate about cannabis and are excited to bring it to market for recreational purposes
- You are open to feedback and coaching
- You demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility
- You are trustworthy and customer-oriented
- Mathematically inclined and have strong cash handling abilities
- Minimum age 19 years of age as specified by the provincial government
- Able to lift boxes 5-30 lbs
- Must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties
- Can Sell certification required
- Criminal Background check required
