**Location**:Downtown Toronto (Yonge & King).**

**Target Compensation**:

- **$70,000-80,000** for experienced Investment Representative (bilingual a MUST).
- $55,000-60,000 unlicensed (with opportunity for increase once licensed).

Role includes benefits, and support for further licensing/education.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Act in accordance with CIRO regulations and TradeZero Canada’s internal standards, policies, and procedures.
- **Frontline Operational Support (10-20%)**:

- Process client deposits and withdrawals.
- Assist with corporate actions (where necessary)
- Collaborate with back-office and compliance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- **Ongoing Development**: Learn and stay updated on new products, platform features, and market insights.

**Qualifications**
- **Outgoing & Service-Oriented**:Thrives in a customer-centric environment, where adding-value and going the extra mile are expected; excels at relationship-building.
- **CIRO Licensing** (IR Options) is **highly desirable**. If unlicensed, must be willing and able to complete required courses within 3 months.
- **Motivated Self-Starter**: Approaches tasks with **energy, clarity**, and **independent initiative**.
- **Keen Interest in Day Trading**: Enthusiasm for equities, options, and overall market dynamics.
- **Canadian Resident**, legally eligible to work in Canada.
