Are you passionate about cannabis and love connecting with people? Plane Jane Cannabis is looking for a friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable **Sales Associate** to join our growing team
About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Plane Jane Cannabis, providing top-notch customer service and cannabis education to our customers. Whether they’re seasoned connoisseurs or curious first-timers, you’ll help guide them to the perfect product in a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
- Stay up to date on product inventory and cannabis trends
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sales floor
- Operate the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Uphold all legal and company regulations regarding cannabis sales
What We’re Looking For:
- 19+ with a valid government-issued ID
- Energetic, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude
- Prior retail or cannabis experience is a bonus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the cannabis industry
