**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and intervene when necessary to ensure responsible drinking.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when applicable.
- Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining quality service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in bartending
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe working environment.
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently juggle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus, enhancing your ability to work collaboratively within the team.

Must have experience opening and closing. Must be mature and responsible.
