We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our **Maintenance Planner**.

**Position Summary/Objective**:
The mandate of this position is to support the implementation of Riverside’s Asset Reliability Program at Riverside’s multi
- site locations. The goal of the program is to ensure production equipment at Riverside operates at optimum efficiency and effectiveness by the implementation of Best in Class Asset Reliability Methods.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Exhibit and protect Riverside’s Core Values
- Understand and enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Understand and enforce Food Safety policies and procedures
- Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Audit information to ensure task list, maintenance records, PM log all comments and recommendations are being recorded correctly.
- Assist in the development of equipment histories and prepare information to import to CMMS.
- Manage, update, modify and control Work Order and PM management utilizing existing and future software.
- Planned Maintenance
- Collaborate with Reliability engineer to optimize the pm program
- Process approved planned work tasks including procurement and knitting of parts, task prioritization, work durations, contracting of outside resources, task description scheduling recommendations.
- Propose scheduling of PMs which includes Monthly site-specific PM calendar, Calibration routines, contract required services, as well as Planned maintenance tasks for the Maintenance technicians.
- Update PMs, with procedures, parts, tools etc. needed to efficiently complete PMs and planned work.
- Co-ordinate equipment transfers, PMs and Work Orders with internal Plant team and document the changes (warehouse, Quality, and sanitation).
- Maintain KPIs such as planned vs unplanned, backlog percentage, Pm compliance.
- Provide Support as needed in emergency situations to support the safety, continued production, and equipment reliability.
- Conduct site visits, assessments and interviews to ensure proper planning and WO management.
- Facilities Maintenance
- Initiate facility tasks from work requests or from high level plan
- Assist Facility tasks through suggestion for scheduling based on production schedule including necessary parts and labor requirements.
- Complete any follow-up work or suggestions from Technicians and Supervisors.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Support Continuous Improvement program through parts and outside labor supply, new procedure development and training. Recommend scheduling opportunities.
- Lead and/or participate and/or Support and/or Action Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode Effect analysis and other improvement exercises.
- Committed to Personal development and growth through, self-motivated learning, internal and external training.
- Asset Management:

- Support equipment purchasing and commissioning activity.
- Manage and update asset data and key equipment manuals.
- Engineering Projects
- Management of capital projects as assigned including Project Engineering Methods.
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience supervising and coordinating contractors in food manufacturing industry
- Proven purchasing and scheduling aptitude of 10+ individuals both internal and external
- Detailed knowledge of all processing and packaging assets
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering
- 3- 5 years manufacturing environment experience
- Proven desire to learn and express passion for technical fields.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD, Smart sheet
