**Centre Manager - Key Responsibilities**

We’re looking for a Centre Manager for our 1st Canadian location in Toronto (4th in Canada).
Reporting to Théo, our Country Director, you’ll be in charge of B2B sales, welcoming players, managing inventory and staff, and making sure every game runs smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in growing Quiz Room’s presence in Toronto.

The role could evolve should we open other location in the GTA next year. That next step would comes with a salary increase and the management of the second centre.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the centre (staffing, facility upkeep)
- **Supervise the Quiz Masters**:

- Manage B2B and B2C requests for the in collaboration with your team
- Train new Quiz Masters and support the team in developing their skills
- Handle inventory and restocking needs
- Deliver top-notch customer service
- **Maintain an excellent online reputation, aiming for Google reviews above 4.8/5**:

- Drive local growth through communication efforts and business development activities
- **Develop on-site sales (beverages and additional games)**:

- Occasionally contribute to marketing content creation for social media

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management and team supervision
- Strong customer service
- Great energy to handle large groups
- Background in bartending, barista roles, or hotel services is a plus
- Effective interviewing and team management abilities
- Google Sheets/excel formulas is a plus
- Basic french is a plus, not a requirement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
