RESPONSABILITÉS DU COMMIS DE SUITE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting guests and asking if they have a table or reservation
- Seating guest and providing with menus and any explanations of the menu
- Taking and managing reservations
- Answering the phone
- Handling guests' concerns
- Processing payments
- Supporting the team
- Creating a positive atmosphere
QUALIFICATIONS
- Organizational and communication skills are a must
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral communication skills in both French & English
- Ability to receive feedback
- Ability to ensure hospitality and teamsmanship
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior food knowledge is appreciated
