Meal Advisor

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their meal preferences and dietary requirements.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meal options, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of various meal products.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and drive sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all food safety standards are met.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, with a focus on food or retail environments being a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering practices is essential.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for food, nutrition, and helping others make healthy choices is a significant advantage.
