- Have a positive winning attitude, finding the best solutions so we can all win.
- You have some past Automotive Sales Experience and understand the need for great communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changes in our ever-changing world
- strong desire to make friends and work with the public. If you’re like going to Canadian Tire and knowing most of the people there, and it takes you an hour to get out of there, this job is for you.
- Perseverance is a huge asset. Some days things fall into place, some days are a struggle. You have to have the internal fortitude to shake it off when you get that one challenging customer in a hundred. To know how to deal with this, you need some retail experience, at least two years.
- you must be able to use the computer, our systems are point and click but you cannot be afraid of the computer, it really is a great tool.
- you must have some mechanical knowledge and be a good driver. We will teach you the product knowledge, but you must be able to drive a standard shift and park a car straight
- you must have empathy for the customer and be able to show them you care and put them at ease
- you must thrive in a family environment.
